Time a relative measure on earth is measured in terms of speed of light. On any other life supporting planet in cosmos the measure of time could definitely be different. Time relates to physical manifest world and God is an intrinsic, primordial cosmic energy… beyond comprehension of human life! Before creation of present cosmos resisted God but not time! At the time of dissolution of cosmos (Pralaya in Hinduism), the measure of time disintegrates, disappears forever and what remains was God Almighty in all its glory (Brahman in Hinduism).
