Pranayama (breathing exercise) can be indulged any given moment of time… in the morning, evening or night but the morning time after 4:30 AM and before sunrise is preferable. When we were fresh from sleep, we could concentrate best on breathing.
Any time when we felt inner calm, inner peace… one could indulge in pranayama!
