Control over mind power comes automatically if we succeed establishing control over five senses. Thousands of thoughts flowed through our brain incessantly. We could stem the flow of these thoughts only by establishing absolute control over five senses.
Control over five senses demands reducing our desires and wishes to minimal. Indulging in nishkama karma yoga we need negating our ego to zero. Control over desires and wishes comes with time, was not that easy… prime reason why God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations in human form to reach stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (state of absolute nothingness) when not a single thought flowed to our brain uninvoked.
Human beings do not have an independent mind. We all have a brain that works like a receiving and transmitting station. All positive thoughts are invoked from reservoir of mind plus and all negative from reservoir of mind minus. Stopping the flow of thoughts to our brain in totality is what absolute celibacy all about. Indulging in nishkama karma yoga, absolute celibacy we could stop the tide of thoughts to zero.
