The concept of Mahavideh Kshetra more aptly called Videha Kshetra was symbolic, having nothing to do with absolute reality. On the spiritual level Videha Kshetra stood for human beings reaching stage of enlightenment, stage of absolute purity. When a human being emancipates forever beyond cycle of birth and death, one becomes a pure soul atman in the cosmic journey of life.
When a human being realizes ones true inner self, the attachment towards our own body dissolved forever. This is the stage of Videha (without deha … beyond bodily form). In Hindi deha stood for human body, the external garment, the outer covering for a soul atman. Travelling path of spirituality when one of rose above material fold negating karma to zero, this is the stage of Videha Mukti.
Mahavideh Kshetra is nothing worldly but a concept eulogizing importance of stage of enlightenment, Mukti. At this stage for a Digambar Muni, the human body becomes a garment for our soul atman.
