If Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel or Lal Bahadur Shastri was the Prime Minister of India in present times… could we expect a single instance of rape occurring in the country! In no time they would have succeeded in changing the entire scenario of country. We just could not take excuses that we were a coalition. We had our limits. One who worked beyond limits was called Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel or Lal Bahadur Shastri.
The seat of the Prime Minister was indisputable (democratically elected) yet, the requisite determination was missing. In present times decisions have to be imposed with utter ruthlessness. Only then we could bring about a quantum change in present standards of society.
