The theory of human evolution has been explicitly detailed in Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads (independent treatises) of Hinduism religion. As detailed in Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads our soul atman manifests a maximum of 1.1 million manifestations in human form to reach stage of absolute purity forever. In laymen terms this means… human beings had a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations to reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana). There was never hurry on path of pure spirituality.
The end stage of human evolution was becoming an enlightened one like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed. Both Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana finally reached end stage of human evolution when they succeeded in gaining enlightenment in their lifetime. As detailed in Bhagavad Gita every single human being on mother earth had a spark of divinity within. The cosmic goal of every single human being on mother earth was gaining enlightenment. Whether we do it now in present life or leave it for future manifestations is our soul prerogative.
The moment death occurs; the released soul atman immediately manifests another form based on residual balance of karma at the time of death. Normally a soul atman manifesting human form would again manifest human form in next manifestation. Only in case of people like Hitler (who indulged in unmindful massacre of millions of Jews), the next manifestation by his soul atman would be lower form of life… form of an animal, plant or even insect. Why indulge in negative karma in present life and mar our present and future! Bhagavad Gita advocates our indulgence in positive karma, good karma all the time.
The evolution of human brain becomes possible by travelling path of spirituality never religion (path of rituals). Normal human beings used their brain 1-2% but enlightened ones used their brain one hundred percent. In a limited time span of 70 to 80 years of earthly domain, enlightenment was difficult to achieve but not impossible. I started in search of God six years of age. By 13 I finally resolved to go in search of God wholeheartedly. 25 years of yoga meditation I finally landed self in laps of God Almighty at 37 years of age. This is my last manifestation on mother earth, 8.4 millionth manifestation. Nothing to gain more, nowhere to go further moment I leave my mortal frame I shall attain salvation moksha forever.
