The moment we form a definite goal in life, motivation automatically follows. It was absence of a goal that we felt falling in the rut of life. If we really desire success in life, we must follow our passion within. There is a vast difference between living life and passing life.
If circumstances so prevail that we could not get out of present job then we can definitely form a goal that relates to our present assignment. Once the goal was there, all forces of nature would connive to bring success at our feet.
