In present times even Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel or Lal Bahadur Shastri would suffice to make India superpower number one but Chanakya was always the main choice. To demolish existing ills, make the society arise from slumber coming of a Chanakya was the call of day. The problems that ingrained into every strata of society can be resolved only with an iron hand. India truly needs a wise man as Chanakya or Kalki avatar himself.
