Self realization, God realization is reaching inner domain of consciousness existing in our heart. Stage of self realization can be reached only by negating karma to zero. We realize our true inner self only by indulgence in spirituality via path of yoga meditation. Becoming a pure soul atman in the cosmic journey of life is realizing self, realizing god. Cutting across shackles of karma the moment we realized we were primarily a spirit, soul atman and not the manifest physical form… we realized self, realized God forever!
Indulgence in yoga meditation means traveling path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom), indulgence in nishkama karma yoga… contemplation, introspection… logical existing to assimilate jnana wisdom contained in scriptures of different religions of world. Self realization is achieved establishing absolute control over five senses and mind. In spiritual parlance self realization and enlightenment mean the same.
