Even if we prayed 24 hours continuously, our prayers would be answered by God only if our intention of prayers was welfare of mankind at large. Prayers meant for individual benefit rarely get answered. Prayers were never a one-way path. If we desire something from god, we had to give something in return! From six years of age all my prayers addressed to God were for welfare of mankind. I do not remember if even a single prayer of mine went unanswered until 37 years of age when I realized god.
Prayers can be indulged any given moment of time… day or night!
