Pranayama does not Involve any Yogic Exercises Detrimental to Pregnant Ladies


Pranayama (breathing exercise) was a simple routine of yoga meditation indulgence in which could be done by any, any given moment of life. The essence of pranayama laid in power of contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning! While indulging in breathing exercise we need to think, contemplate on vital issues of life that lay hidden in scriptures of different religions of world. Pranayama does not involve any sort of yogic exercise that may be detrimental to pregnant ladies.
