Sages and Rishis of Yester Era started Using Mind Power as a Tool to Unlock Hidden Cosmic Truths of Life

Believing in self, that human form was the most evolved species on mother earth… sages and Rishis of yester era started using mind power as a tool to unlock hidden cosmic truths of life. The more they indulged in contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning… better was their understanding of relationship between self and divinity. Slowly they realized that there was more to life than visible.

Focusing on present cosmos, they reached a conclusion that present cosmos does not seem to have a boundary. If it does, then what beyond! Their affirmation in illusory nature of cosmos grew day by day. Finally the sages and Rishis concluded that the present cosmos could exist only in thoughts of God Almighty. This illusory nature of reality has been detailed in doctrine of Maya (veil of illusion) propagated by Adi Shankaracharya. Hinduism scriptures primarily believe that other than Brahman (God), creator of entire cosmos nothing existed in cosmos. God, the collective power of all souls’ atmans in cosmos in their pure form was the only truth of life.

As everything in field of spirituality was intangible, could not be assessed from limited power of science… the faith of mankind in scriptures of Hinduism primarily Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads grew day by day. Even in coming times science would never be able to fathom depth of illusory nature of cosmos. Similar as a bacteria existing in body could never conceptualize the macroscopic structure of a human being.

This also confirms the belief that mental powers were much above capture of science. The sages and Rishis of yester era fully utilized the faculty of mind power to unveil hidden cosmic truths of life. It was possible then and also now. As this realization comes from within… every single human being on mother earth had the capability to indulge in precepts of spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita to realize for self these noble cosmic truths of life, that were far beyond recognition by five senses.
