Maharishi Ramana Indulged in Self Enquiry Who Am I Lying in Shavasna Pose of Yoga

The path of self enquiry was given by Maharishi Ramana one who gained enlightenment in his lifetime. If we read literature concerning Maharishi Ramana we would realize that while going to bed Maharishi Ramana indulged in self enquiry lying in shavasna pose of yoga. Maharishi Ramana would indulge in Neti (not this, not this) to negate everything that was not God. In the end what remained was only God (Brahman) in all its glory. We must also try to reach our soul atman indulging in pranayama (breathing exercise). Indulgence in yoga meditation means indulging in contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning most of time!

If I need to know who I am, then many questions would come to our mind like… does it mean the physical form was not I, what was the relationship of I with God, who created this I, what was the purpose of this I, what was the purpose behind my searching for I and so on. If we contemplate on all these queries… we would reach the hidden underlying meaning of our main query contained in scriptures of different religions of world.
