I started in search of God six years of age. Not for a single moment in life I ventured into trivialities of life whether Mahabharata ever occurred, did Lord Krishna ever exist… what if Mahabharata was a hoax! My goal of life was reaching God and for that I needed understanding gist of Bhagavad Gita in totality. Believing in myself, believing in existence of my soul atman, walking path of truthfulness I indulged in spirituality wholehearted. I was much above normal doubts that creep into our thinking process.
Who wrote Mahabharata, whether it was original or not can be realized by walking path of truthfulness. When I was truthful I could exercise power of discrimination to distinguish right from wrong. So many commentaries of Bhagavad Gita available in market yet I could reach the original one available with Gita press, Gorakhpur, India. In a limited lifespan of 70 to 80 years of earthly life, we really do not have time for pondering on matters unrelated. If we have a fixed goal in life, we must concentrate; channelize all our energies behind that single goal of life. That is how I live my life all throughout.
To build Taj Mahal the marble came from Italy or Rajasthan, India should not be our concern. We must simply enjoy the beauty of Taj Mahal.
