Dominated by Bloated Ego Duryodhana along with Maharathis like Bhishma Pitamah Guru Dronacharya plunged Mankind into Battle of Mahabharata

If Lord Krishna had not interfered in the battle of Mahabharata… the situation would have been more critical! Many millions more would have lost lives. Duryodhana, the Kaurava chieftain was so adamant to keep Pandavas at bay that a battle of dharma (righteousness) against evil forces of adharma (lawlessness) was the only solution. Such a battle could not be fought in absence of an avatar (God manifest in human form). In every Yuga to re-establish Dharma coming of an avatar was mandated by God. The rot in the society was to be removed.

To put the society back on its pedestal advent Lord Krishna! Lord Krishna as an individual and also as God manifest in human form tried his best to convince Kauravas not to insist on unacceptable demands but Duryodhana did not budge. Dominated by a bloated ego, he along with maharathis like Bhishma Pitamah, Guru Dronacharya etc. plunged mankind into battle of Mahabharata. In times of extreme strife, tribulation a battle like Mahabharata becomes inevitable… so say Hinduism scriptures. The war of Mahabharata occurred in Dwapar Yuga but what of now?

Almost similar conditions exist today as existed in times of Lord Krishna in Dwapar Yuga. To annihilate dark forces of nature advent of Kalki avatar was the need of present times. In a decade or so mankind would witness advent of, Kalki avatar who succeeds in re-establishing Dharma (righteousness) but in the bargain almost 1200 million people would lose their lives in the expected world war 3, a man-made calamity… something beyond control of all! A mother of all wars, world war 3 would announce end of Kali Yuga and start of Satyuga (the golden period).

Our basic presumption that Lord Krishna, an avatar of his era could have stopped a battle like Mahabharata was misplaced. Everything was decided by mass karma enacted by whole society.
