Teachings of Digambar Sect Jainism were only next to Sermon of Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna

In the present Kali Yuga the materialistic tendencies peaked. In such times assimilating jnana wisdom contained in scriptures of Jainism was not possible. People were not after truth but rituals (path of religion) that carried no meaning in spiritual world.

Doctrine of the Bhava karma of Jainism was exemplary but how many people world over was able to follow it. As per philosophy of Bhava karma, if a murder was committed even in our thoughts then also we would be penalized for the sin committed. The sin in such cases may carry very little potential but still the sin was committed. Every single thought positive or negative precipitates into an act of karma.

In Digambar Jain sect monks Munis were always nude. Reason being, for them even the human body was clothing for soul atman within. Such a philosophy was not palatable to followers of other religions of world. The doctrine of Samaysaar could not be followed even by some scholars of Jainism; such was the depth of philosophy contained. World over society remains limited to scriptures of Buddhism which was easier to follow and shallower in content.

The teachings of Digambar sect of Jainism were only next to sermon of Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna.
