Left or right does not matter! We must simply remember that normal human beings used their brain 1 to 2%, the remaining always lying dormant. If we desire activating dormant lying portions of brain our indulgence in path of spirituality… yoga meditation was necessitated! It is said that Albert Einstein the famous physicist activated his brain 4 to 6%. Albert Einstein also indulged in teachings of Bhagavad Gita. Path of spirituality demands our indulgence in contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning. This is how we indulged in yoga meditation. Most human beings world wide indulged in yoga meditation wrongly prime reason why desired results were never there.
The more we contemplate, greater the activation of dormant portions of brain. We also need practicing celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata). Sexual energy was the most potent of all energies made available to mankind by grace of God Almighty. Channelizing sexual energy we could activate our chakras, kundalini to full capacity. The moment kundalini awakens fully, Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in our brain opened fully. Our brain becomes 100% active. One finally becomes a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed.
Even if goal of our life was not spiritual, our indulgence in path of celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata) was necessitated for activating dormant lying portions of our brain.
