All enlightened souls like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed started their spiritual pursuit without a preceptor to guide them in the journey of life. They also must have frantically searched for a spiritual master to guide them at each and every stage of spiritual life but finding none they started in pursuit of cosmic truths all alone.
Same was the case with Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana. As journey of spirituality was always traveled within through path of contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning… the most a spiritual master could do, was clarify some of our queries from time to time.
In pursuit of God from six years of age I tried my level best to find a spiritual master to guide me in the journey of life. I had so many queries unresolved. Despite my best efforts I could not find one. In exasperation one day I asked God Almighty to become my guide in the journey of life and lo… he willingly agreed! Thereafter it was never looking back.
Lying in shavasna pose of yoga while going to bed in night I daily called for a round table conference consisting of Lord Krishna and other enlightened souls like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana etc.
In the morning when I got up all my queries had dissolved forever. Next day the same routine with a new set of queries! As God Almighty himself does not interfere in his creation, it was through his preceptors one could clarify the queries. Indulging in contemplation, self enquiry (Neti… not this, not this) as practiced and preached by Maharishi Ramana I finally completed my spiritual journey.
In the wee hours of third of August 1993 I finally had Sakshat Darshan of God Almighty in all his glory. My spiritual journey finally came to an end.
It was only in the later stages of spiritual pursuit I realized… answers to all queries always lay hidden within. By indulging in contemplation most of time we could easily reach those hidden answers.
