Brahman in scriptures of Hinduism stood for God Almighty, the one and only one creator of entire cosmos. In absence of God, in absence of souls’ atmans no life could exist in cosmos. If we exist, if souls’ atmans exist… all owed their existence to God Almighty. How?
It is only when God Almighty (Brahman in Hinduism) explodes self with a big bang the present cosmos came into being. This results in all pure souls atmans scattering all over cosmos at unimaginable speeds. In the melee, hurtling souls’ atmans gathered impurities.
To cleanse self of dross impurities within started cosmic life cycle of every soul atman. No sooner life supporting planets like mother earth evolved, these impure souls’ atmans immediately start manifesting life to cleanse self of dross impurities within. Human form is just a manifestation by our soul atman within.
Defining Brahman as detailed in scriptures of Hinduism… the sum total of all souls’ atmans in cosmos in their pure form is what we called God Almighty (Brahman) in all its glory. God existed in all living beings including human beings in miniscule form as our soul atman, the consciousness within.
Divinity is part of God, Brahman in Hinduism. Anything that relates to God or souls atmans is divine. Human form is the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle; it was only in human form a soul atman finally liberates from cycle of birth and death forever to regain its lost original pure prime pristine primordial form. For a human being existence of God (Brahman), existence of our true inner self within could never be denied. As stated in scriptures, the seat of soul atman is our heart. Read more on Brahman
