When death of body occurs, money, wealth… fame, bookish intelligence… all is left behind! What transfers to next life was residual balance of karma. All spiritual gains of present life transfer in toto. We could start our spiritual journey in next life from the very level we left in present life.
From the beginning of journey, our soul desires emancipation from cycle of birth and death at the earliest. This simply means negating karma to zero forever. A soul all the time desires regaining its lost original pure prime pristine primordial form. This becomes possible when human beings indulged in spirituality, yoga meditation to reach cosmic end of life.
