In spiritual terminology, whenever we contemplated we became our true inner self, our soul atman… the consciousness within! After all it is we as a soul atman that wants reaching stage of absolute purity at the earliest. We as a soul atman were the absolute master and controller of human life and not the manifest physical human form.
Whenever we contemplate on God, it was a soul atman trying to connect with God Almighty! The delicate art of contemplation was full of bliss. It is only in contemplation human beings experienced total bliss, ecstasy… serenity of the highest order! During contemplation we were in a totally different world, the world of souls’ atmans and nothing else.
