Follow the path undertaken by Swami Vivekananda. Form a definite goal in life and go after it with all eggs in one basket. If necessary practice Brahmacharya Vrata (celibacy) to channelize sexual energy towards your only goal of life! One can increase mental powers to infinity practicing Brahmacharya Vrata. We need removing all the clutter in our thinking process to increase power of concentration. By establishing control over desires and wishes, we could slowly establish control over senses. As we controlled our senses, control over mind power followed automatically.
