Both Hindu Dharma and Science had no relation in practical life. Hindu Dharma relates to journey of our inner self… the reality of our soul atman, the spirit within. Science relates to the physical manifest world. For mankind to exist, to make life on mother earth lively, to earn our bread-and-butter, to keep human beings occupied with karma science was necessitated.
In absence of science, the physical manifest life would simply become dull, decay and die. To make journey of life more entertaining, enchanting… to keep mankind optimistic all the time God Almighty ordained path of science. To reach our true inner self, to become a pure soul atman… to realize self, realize god path of dharma (righteousness) was mandated by God.
In absence of dharma (moral and ethical values of life)… our life would be no different from animals. Human form is the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle. It has been endowed with power of discrimination that distinguishes us from animals. To keep human beings morally bound; to sustain life in human form… precept of dharma was mandated by God.
To explore outer realms of life, the vast expanse of cosmos science was necessitated. To explore the inner world, the world of souls atmans… dharma was necessitated!
