Making distinction between spirituality and religion, indulging in 700 shlokas verses of Bhagavad Gita we must try to reach the hidden underlying meaning. This became possible traveling path of jnana yoga. We must control desires and wishes to establish absolute control over five senses and mind.
We must indulge in 12 years practice of absolute celibacy for full awakening of kundalini shakti, the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine.
We must remain 100% truthful. Our faith in God also must be 100% (shraddha in Hinduism).
If we can do all above we were competent to undertake spiritual journey to reach God in present life.
