There is only one question prohibited to ask in Bhagavad Gita… Why did God Almighty create present cosmos in the first place? Even through path of logical reasoning, we never reached the answer. The answer to this query becomes clear only when one gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana), never before.
The present cosmos came into being when God Almighty exploded self with a big bang. After creation of cosmos God Almighty acts as a Dhrishta (onlooker) never interfering with creation of his. After occurrence of big bang precepts of karma and evolution governed entire cosmos.
Moksha salvation can be achieved only in human form, the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle.
Yes, before occurrence of big bang all souls’ atmans existed in their pure form. We were primarily a soul atman, the spirit within. In our cosmic sojourn after occurrence of big bang we got mired in impurities similar as a rolling ball gathers moss. To cleanse self of dross impurities within started cosmic life cycle of every soul atman.
This cycle of life, the chain of 8.4 million manifestations by a soul atman was inevitable, under control of nobody. The whole cosmic system was self propelling governed by laws of karma and evolution. Souls’ atmans manifested bodily form for the first time when life supporting planets like mother earth evolved. Bhagavad Gita clearly says, why question the inevitable?
