As detailed in Hinduism scriptures the present cosmos came into being when Brahman (God Almighty) explodes self with a big bang. This occurrence of big bang was automatic, not even in control of God Almighty (Brahman). When dissolution of old cosmos occurred, the entire cosmos reduces to size of half a thumb we called God Almighty in all its glory. This primordial magnanimous cosmic energy unable to control itself for long in its prime pure state again explodes with a big bang giving rise to a new cosmos, a new journey of life.
As per Hinduism scriptures God Almighty exists from times immemorial but dissolution of entire cosmos keeps occurring again and again. The moment Pralaya (dissolution of cosmos) occurs; it announces beginning of a new cosmos.
