Controlling incessant flow of thoughts necessary for Spiritual Journey

The incessant flow of thoughts to our brain was inherent, every second thousands of thoughts flowed by without our invocation. When we go to sleep the flow of thoughts to the conscious brain stops of its own but dreams takeover! Prompted by our ego, we experienced flow of thoughts all the time but in sleep, all the dreams we saw were prompted by our true inner self… our soul atman, the spirit within.

As the present physical human form was manifested by our soul atman to cleanse itself of dross impurities within, through dreams it reminds us again and again to indulge on path that suited its goal. We were all the time prompted from within to follow path of pure spirituality, to reach god at the earliest. Those with a bloated ego suppressed this voice of their soul atman forever.

Such human beings even in dreams experienced follow-up of their thoughts in daytime. If we invoked bad thoughts against anyone in daytime, then this person would come to haunt us in our dreams. Every single negative thought manifests into a negative dream. If we truly desire manifesting destiny, we must indulge in invocation of good thoughts, positive thoughts all the time.

People with a positive orientation had lesser dreams in night. As our invocation of thoughts in daytime, accordingly the pattern of our sleep! If we thought welfare of mankind at large during daytime, it is quite possible we never dreamt in the night and had a peaceful sleep. I have experienced it all my life. Working for welfare of mankind at large most of time, I always enjoyed my sleep.

If at all I had dreams, they were directly related to promptings of my soul atman, the consciousness within. It is through dreams I slowly realized the ultimate goal of my life.

By practicing proper yoga meditation I finally realized self in 1993 at 37 years of age. I finally reached stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi when not a single thought flowed to my brain uninvoked.
