The essence of entire Bhagavad Gita is detailed below –
1. We were primarily a spirit manifesting human form. We manifest human form to work out our karma, remove dross impurities within.
2. The spirit, consciousness existing in our heart is Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna is always depicted as sarthi (charioteer) of the chariot (human body) belonging to Arjuna. This clearly details that in absence of help from Lord Krishna within, no human being could emancipate self from cycle of birth and death.
3. To reach stage of enlightenment, our indulgence in teachings of spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita was an absolute must! As nothing in Bhagavad Gita could be understood literally we need following path of contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning!
4. As souls’ atmans could not purify self of its own, they need a medium… a body to cleanse self of dross impurities within! Similar as one KG of pure gold (a pure soul atman) embedded in 100 KG gold ore could not separate of its own and needs requisite mining machinery and processes, the soul atman also requires passing through a maze of 8.4 million manifestations.
5. Traveling path of spirituality, yoga meditation as detailed in Bhagavad Gita human beings finally reached stage of enlightenment… moksha salvation forever! It is an absolute fact of life that every single human being who succeeded in reaching stage of enlightenment on mother earth indulged in Bhagavad Gita including Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed.
To follow dictates of Lord Krishna from within our following path of truthfulness 100% was necessitated. From six years of age I could distinctly hear voice of Lord Krishna from within. Guided by voice of Lord Krishna I finally realized self, reached God in the wee hours of third of August 1993 37 years of age!
