When we had a clear and absolute goal in life, we could channelize all our energies behind that single goal of life. Slowly we develop infinite power of concentration. Furthermore practicing celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata) we could channelize sexual energy behind the only goal of life. Sexual energy is the most potent of all energies made available to mankind by grace of God Almighty. If we could channelize this energy then instead of climbing staircase, we took the elevator straight up. Our journey would be expedited manifold resulting in absolute clarity of thoughts all the time.
