Having a definite goal in life was of utmost importance. Only then we could channelize all our energies behind that single goal of life. Thousands of thoughts flowed to our brain incessantly every second. It is this clutter that makes our thinking unstable at times.
To overcome this habit we must improve our power of concentration. By establishing control over desires and wishes we could drastically reduce flow of thoughts to our brain. By practicing Brahmacharya Vrata (celibacy) we could altogether stop flow of negative thoughts to our brain.
Invoking positive thoughts most of time is the mantra for making our thought process stable.
By hit and trial, distinguishing right from wrong I could slowly remove the clutter totally in my thought process. So much so that 98% dormant lying portion of my brain got activated fully. My power of concentration is now absolute.
