If stressed in the day I would just lie down in shavasna pose of yoga and concentrate on my goal of life! That would make me forget everything else in life.
If stressed in night I would take a cot out of the house and lie down looking at stars, the vast expanse of cosmos! I would try to imagine my significance… how little I was compared to entire cosmos! All my stress would disappear in no time.
If everything else failed then, lying in shavasna pose of yoga I would think what my favourite preceptors Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed would have done in the same circumstances. The path they would have followed, I also tried to follow the same path.
This would not only relax me but give much needed impetus to reach my goal of life at the earliest. I took great care that I never repeated my mistake twice.
